Shoppers from the West Boxford Holiday Festival stopped by with their donations of new toys, hats, coats, and pajamas in time for the holidays. Children learned how to package toiletries, baby layette items, children’s clothes and gifts.

More volunteers turned out to help with the Holiday Giveaway on Wednesday, December 14. Because of the community’s generous donations of time and gifts, we were able to help almost 100 social service agents bring holiday joy to 770 children. “It’s a great way to give back during the holidays,” says Masconomet senior Sarah Levenson, “It’s nice to know that someone will be happy when they open the gifts that we’ve put together”.

Since September, we have distributed more than 500 coats. Thank you to all our volunteers and donors who helped Essex County families during the Holiday Season.
